🎙️The Quest #83: 5 Facilitation Podcasts That Will Accelerate Your Growth

Greetings from Barcelona☀️

🙌Many thanks for reading The Quest.

If you are joining for the first time, welcome to our deep dive into facilitation, learning, and how to live a creative life.

This week I’m excited to share my 🎙️5 Facilitation Podcasts that will help you become an exceptional facilitator.

Let’s jump right in!

What’s one of the best ways to accelerate your growth as a facilitator?

–> Learn from other facilitators.

In my own facilitator journey, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best facilitators around the globe. Many are readers of The Quest (you know who you are – thank you!).

But you don’t need to personally know a lot of exceptional facilitators to learn their secrets. You can get insights and tips by listening to facilitation podcasts.

There are 5 podcasts that have helped me grow as a facilitator.

Full disclosure – I am thrilled to be a featured guest on 4 out of 5 of the podcasts. But that’s not why they are on the list 😅.

Here’s why they are my favorites:

👉They have exceptional hosts who are seasoned facilitators and know the right questions to ask.

👉They curate guests who can speak to the most innovative and challenging aspects of facilitation.

👉They give you inspiration and ideas that you can apply to your facilitation.

And they are all free.

So grab your headphones and I hope you enjoy my 6 favorite facilitation podcasts👇
